Wastewater Technicain & Waste Handling
Wastewater and waste handling will provide support for day by day Wastewater operation including guard, serve and operate daily Wastewater equipment, handling waste, monitoring to ensure wastewater parameters meet required environmental quality standards including troubleshooting.
Main Responsibilities:
- Control and monitoring the condition of wastewater according to quality standard parameters
- Check the quality of waste water by regular basis
- Operate and ensure wastewater treatment system runs smoothly and in good condition
- Analyze wastewater according to standard
- Handling sludge waste generate from the process according to environmental standard
- Establish working instruction procedure implemented at the location
- Solving wastewater troubleshooting is carried out to prevent potential environmental polluting
- Handling hazardous waste and segregation process
- Hazardous waste inventory, 5S and prevent pollution to environment
Requirements:
- Min. High School/Tech. High School/ Diploma majoring Chemical Analyst or related major
- Have POPA/PPA, POPLB3, SIO Certification
- Experience handling wastewater treatment system, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Able to conduct wastewater laboratory analysis and monitoring
- Able to identify hazard in wastewater operation
- Experience in handling hazardous waste from wastewater operation
- Able to develop work instruction and recording related wastewater monitoring
- Able to identify and characterized hazardous waste including segregation process
- Conduct hazardous waste inventory
- Handling waste disposal management to 3rd party
Warehouse Keeper ASRS (Sparepart)
Responsible for warehouse operation from material receiving, storage, inventory and loading finished goods and manage inventory.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the operation confirmation of raw material receipt, spareparts keeping and warehouse entry and posting related documents.
- Responsible for finished product warehousing-entry, stocking, shipment and scanning and posting.
- Ensure the accuracy of the establishment’s inventory system by updating records of physical counts, receipts, adjustments, and returns.
- Responsible for loading and unloading of goods, moving products and others.
- Track, record and resolve any discrepancies on received orders.
- Responsible for maintenance and store inventory management.
- Responsible for warehouse 6S management.
Job Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree major in logistics, business administration or any related field
- Certified Logistics/Warehouse or Inventory Management Professional (is a plus)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse dept.
- Having experience in warehouse management system (WMS) and automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS) is a plus.
- Have experience working in manufacturing process, especially packaging products
- Have knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management
Purchasing Specialist
Responsible to handle the procurement activities from requisition to pay process. He/she will handle specific procurement categories. Liaising with User’s department in preparing sounds specification of goods/services. He/she also responsible in monitoring shipment/deliveries/execution of contract. Identification of best suppliers and its management. He/she should have skills/experience in both technical and commercial aspects with excellent communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing specific category of procurement of goods/services (MRO/ raw material/ Capex/ Project).
- General sourcing activities: receive PR, identification of qualified suppliers, preparing bid summary & issuing PO contract.
- Properly check purchase requisitions in terms of specification and communicate with user department in informing the best available products/ service in the market.
- Registering supplier in the system with proper approval process, including supplier’s delisting process.
- Preparing PO/contract with selection of best price, delivery terms, payment, legal requirement and other terms and conditions which comply to Lamipak’s standards/ requirements.
- Preparing payment application and follow up to to Finance Department.
- Expedite/ monitoring the delivery of goods supply or execution of the service.
- Regular evaluation of suppliers/ contractor performance.
- Updating procurement records and proper handling the related document control.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- More than 3 years purchasing experience in manufacturing industry.
- Honest, strong sesnse of responsibility, strong strain and pressure resistance, good communication skills & team spirit.
- Familiar with Incoterms and customs regulations (Bea Cukai) regulations.
- Proficient in operating Microsoft office software, SAP or other common ERP.
- Fluent in English (verbal & writing).
R & D Engineer
Responsible for the preparation of customer samples at the Indonesia factory, receiving new documents and document updates issued by the headquarter’s R&D center. Promptly update relevant documents at the Indonesia factory and notify the corresponding departments. Participate in production and resolving customer issues.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare customer test samples according to their requirements, ensuring that samples meet product quality standards. Record and manage detailed information of sent samples to ensure accuracy.
- Manage sample inventory to ensure appropriate stock levels and sample quality. Accept and organize product and raw material documents provided by the headquarters. Regularly update, maintain, and convey these documents to the appropriate departments, ensuring consistency and timeless of the information.
- Collaborate with the production team to understand and solve technical and process-related challenges.
- Actively engage in understanding and resolving product-related issues raised by customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer complaints.
- Provide technical support to the sales team. Attend customer meetings and provide basic technical knowledge.
- Assist with the headquarters’ project tasks and responsibilities. Communicate effectively with the internal team to ensure seamless operations and information flow.
- Work closely with the production and quality teams, participating in the improvement and testing tasks for product quality and production processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Engineering, Material Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Over 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Prior experience in liquid food or packaging material R&D is preferred.
- Good communication in English.
