DRYER COATER COOLER (DCC) OPERATOR
Responbilities :
- Ensuring quality product is extruded able to start and stop extrusion system with 90 days of assignment to area
- Able to perform all testing and sampling in extrusion area and complete condition record or quality record sheets accurately
- Able to clean & assemble machine and equipment
- Able to safely operate all equipment and systems
- Able to identify quality issues and make parameter adjustments to correct these
- Demonstrates consistent application of product knowledge in solving quality issues
- Takes ownership for area in terms of safety and housekeeping and problem escalation
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment to promote safety and product integrity
- Responsible for area GMP, Food sanitary and hygiene and 55 able to accurately troubleshoot mechanical and control systems issues ability to actively address food safety and quality concern
- Able to help maintenance/tech services find long-term solutions to problems in area perform all the following duties in the processing area of the plant
- This includes operating systems, performing all quality checks, maintaining reports and system logs and troubleshooting all aspects of each systems
- Troubleshoot processing systems

PPIC SUPERVISOR
Requirements :
- Have the ability to use ms office
- Have administration skill and calculation
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position
- Require language : English (both written & verbal)
- Have high attention to detail, analytical skill and innovative problem solving
- Able to use systems such as SAP, ORACLE etc
- Able to work in teams and individually
- Able to manage multiple projects, priorities and people
- Familiar with inventory, product quality,GMP,HACCP,Safety
- Good leadership and attitude
Responbilities :
- To be responsible for materials requirements planning(MRP) refer to the sales forecast
- Provide detail production planning refer to the target of sales forecast
- Manage all stock RM and PM requirements refer to sales forecast
- Organize all incoming raw and packaging materials with purchasing team refer to the target of sales forecast and should be manage buffer stock to anticipate additional of sales forecast
- Ensuring daily production schedule should be hit to the production output
- Capable for production process analysis and arrange the action plan and preventive action to prevent repeated failure that cause production are not achieved
- Organized production planning to all department, to make sure another department can be utilize and support
- Capable for variance analysis of raw and packaging materials
- To be responsible for factory fulfillment rate refer to the target of sales forecast
- To be responsible for implementing all systems in the factory related to PPIC Department
- Willing to be placed in Çikande, Serang
