Process Engineer

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy Engineering.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with PLM or similar systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with quality control methodologies.
- Willing to be placed in Cikande, Serang.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage model changeovers by updating SOPs, adjusting machine parameters, and replacing production tools.
- Execute and evaluate new model trial runs to ensure smooth production
- Monitor and analyze First Pass Yield (FPY) data to minimize non-good
(NG) products through process improvements. - Update process parameters using PLM and QCFC systems to optimize cycle time and align with machine measurements.
- Conduct root cause analysis for NG and CTS issues by reviewing production processes and CCTV footage and implement corrective actions.

Finance Staff

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in manufacturing or related industries.
- Experience in cost accounting and inventory management is highly

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare, analyze, and maintain financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Manage and monitor cost control processes, ensuring accurate allocation and reporting.
- Conduct budgeting and forecasting processes, providing detailed financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including preparation and submission of tax reports (PPH, VAT, etc.).
- Manage banking activities, including reconciliation of accounts and payment processing.

Facility Engineer

- Experience: At least two years of experience in maintaining power facilities within a factory setting is a must.
- Certification: You Must hold Electrical Occupational Safety and Health
Technician (Teknisi K3 Listrik). - Technical knowledge: You should have a solid understanding of electrical systems, including basic knowledge of high-voltage power distribution, and be familiar with safety procedures for hydro and power operations.
- Problem-solving skills: You must be capable of handling various abnormal system issues on your own.
- System familiarity: A basic understanding of key systems like power distribution, central air conditioning, compressed air, and vacuum systems is required.
- Willing to be placed in Cikande, Serang.
Job Responsibilities:
- Daily oversight: You’ll monitor and manage the day-to-day operation of critical utility systems, including electricity, water, and gas supplies.
- System maintenance: You’ll oversee the performance of our compressed air, vacuum, and central air conditioning systems to ensure they’re always functioning properly
- Emergency response: You’ll be responsible for independently troubleshooting and resolving power distribution failures and other sudden system abnormalities.
