PT. POLYPLEX FILM INDONESIA sedang membutuhkan kandidat untuk posisi berikut:
Store Supervisor
- A bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in packing and dispatch operations in a manufacturing environment, with at least min 4 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Able to speak English Language is a must
- Experience specifically in BOPET or BOPP film production handling packing and logistics will be highly advantage
- Knowledge of packaging materials and handling equipment used in manufacturing / Industries
- Expertise in dispatch processes and logistics planning to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems, including ERP tools like SAP or others, to maintain stock accuracy.
- Understanding of international and domestic shipping regulations, including handling hazardous materials if applicable
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage staff schedules, and ensure team productivity in high-pressure environments
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate between production, warehouse, and logistics teams.
- Knowledge of safety standards related to packaging, storing, and dispatching materials in a chemical production environment
- Ability to quickly address issues related to dispatch delays, packaging defects, or stock discrepancies.
- Ensuring that products are packed according to customer specifications and quality standards, particularly ensuring the safe packaging of BOPET and BOPP films.
- Supervising the dispatch of goods to both domestic and international customers, ensuring that shipments are made on time and within budget.
- Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure that stock is available for timely dispatch.
- Collaborating with the production and sales departments to meet dispatch deadlines and handle special customer requests.
- Managing all documentation related to shipping, including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs declarations.
- Willing to be placed in Kawasan Modern Cikande – Serang Banten
- Can join ASAP
