Transportation & Bicycle SO Administration
Job Description :
- Carry out work related to transportation administration and ensure all transportation requests are in accordance with procedures and can be served properly to support smooth work activities.
- Manage electrical vehicle for operation and maintenance, especially for Electrical Bus
- Organize operational vehicles and employee shuttle buses so that all employees can be served on time, safely, and comfortly.
- Make a recapitulation report on transportation requests to ensure the availability of accurate, informative and timely information related to transportation usage.
- Make a recapitulation report on highway loads (toll, fuel, and parking) to ensure the availability of accurate, informative and timely information related to transportation costs.
- Process transportation requests from employees to meet the company’s business needs.
- Carry out periodic maintenance of operational vehicles owned by the company and vendors so that the vehicles are always in good condition to meet the company’s operational activities.
- Coordinate with other divisions in using official cars and assigning drivers for company guests or employees related to company business
- Serving delivery of documents or samples at the request of the relevant department or division
- Coordinate with transportation providers for the providing and service of safe and comfortable transportation on a monthly basis
- Make a complete and accurate monthly bicycle repair report and easily understood by superiors and related parties
- Coordinate with bicycle repair providers regarding the procurement of bicycle spare parts in accordance with the applicable contract
Requirements :
- Diploma 3 Electrical Engineering
- Have 3 years working experience in General Affair especially handling Vehicle Operation and maintenance.
- Have a knowledge about Electrical Vehicle, maintenance and operation
- Have a good english basic skill
- Computer literate for daily activities.
Willing to work in Site Office Cilegon
Safety Operation Monomer Inspector
Job Description :
- To conduct safety patrols and ensure compliance to safety standard.
- To control safety tools and equipment such as a gas detector, bodyharness, work permit, etc and provide update data.
- To overseas all routine safety activities (permit implementation compliance, PPE usage, conduct daily tools box meeting, safety induction, etc)
Requirements :
- Diploma 3 in major of Fire & Safety/ Chemical Engineering/ OHS/ Public Health
- Have experience 1 years working experience as Safety Officer or related field
- Computer literate using as daily activity
- Have a good basic english skill (is an advantage)
Willing to work in Cilegon Site Office
Emergency Response Technician
Job Description :
- Inspection or testing of fire fighting equipment
- Maintain for Command Car/Operational Vehicle for emergency service and rescue kits
- Assist the Fire Truck Driver to deliver training for practical of fire fighting to employees
- Participate on Emergency Drill or Dry Run
- Preventive and Currative Maintenance (minor repair for: hosebox, fire extinguiser box, fire hose)
- Perform for fire fighting response in case occurs, oil spill response in case occurs
- Provide a daily report for result of inspection and testing activity
Requirements :
- DIploma 3 Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineer or Fire & Safety
- High motivated, eager to learn, not phobia at height elevation, fire and confined space
- Have a driving license A
- Have certificate competency and license as Fire Fighting level C
- Have certificate competency as Height Elevation Rescue, CSE Rescue, and Oil Spill Responder
- Have certificate as First Aider
- Have good skill to carry out trouble shooting for fire truck, fire protection and fire fighting equipment
- Excellent health condition and no colour blind
- Not a smoker & have an ideal body weight (not overweight)
- Willing to work as contract employment
