Tax Support Officer
JOB PURPOSE :
To ensure the timeliness of tax reporting to tax office and custom process, the compliance of Indonesian tax regulation and custom regulation, identification and implementation of efficient and effective processes and systems.
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Perform day to day tax reporting, value added tax output of CAP, witholding income tax (exclude employee income tax) and value added tax.
- Reconcile balance of accounts such as withholding tax payable and vat, with general accounting section.
- Maintain relationship with sales team to ensure all of VAT output from sales transaction have been properly billed.
- Perform tax audit and reduce the expose of tax penalty from Company’s financial transactions, and ensure compliance with the Indonesian tax authority.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor Degree in major Accounting
- Have an experience 3-5 years working experience in similar job
- Experience in big 4 Tax Consulting is preferred
- Have experience handle Transfer Pricing & Tax Consultancy (Preferrable)
- Have knowledge of tax law and integrate tax considerations into business decisions.
- Experience working with computer system such as Ms. Office & fully integrated systems SAP would be an advantage
- Have brevet C for international tax is an advantage
Static Technician
Job Description :
- Conduct various mechanical maintenance activities or reparation(PM, CM, and BM) based on maintenance plan or other section request, to ensure mechanical equipment maintenance run based on determined schedule or based on its function
- Conduct static equipment checking in turn around maintenance and concern at new equipment installation, to ensure after repaired equipment is in good condition and work based on its function
- Carry out and implement occupational safety, health, house keeping and security activities for creating safe and secure workplace according to the Safety and Health, Environment and Quality Management Systems
- Coordinate and supervise work by contractor in accordance with the prevailing terms and procedure, to support contractor work activities smoothness
Qualification :
- Diploma D3 or Polytechnic in mechanical engineering
- Understand piping, valves, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks is prefer
- Experience in working for maintenance organization in petrochemical or refinery plant
- Good communication skill
- Good physical health and can work in confined space and high elevation
- Good RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and troubleshooting skills
- Preferred 3-5 years of experience in the same field, fresh graduate are welcome
Mechanical Superintendent
Job Description :
- Coordinate all rotating & static supervisor work and technician work
- Coordinate planning, scheduling, and implementing maintenance program (daily, monthly, annually), check equipment during turn around maintenance, and coordinate PM, CM, BM and SDM activities based on maintenance planning, to ensure activities run in accordance with the prevailing terms and procedure.
- Review maintenance equipment report and all maintenance rotary & static equipment activities, to give information to superior
- Coordinate and supervise work by contractor in accordance with the prevailing terms and procedure, to support contractor work activities smoothness
- Carry out and implement occupational safety, health, house keeping and security activities for creating safe and secure workplace according to the Safety and Health, Environment and Quality Management Systems
- Performs Root Cause Failure Analysis on Rotating Equipment and static equipment
Qualification :
- Bachelors degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in working for maintenance organization in petrochemical or refinery plant
- Minimum have 5 years experience in mechanical maintenance
- Experience with reciprocating compressors, pumps, blowers, steam turbines etc
- Knowledge of ASME Code and API Standards
- Familiar SAP PM module software
- English fluently, good communication skill and good leadership
- Understand piping, valves, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks is prefer
