PT KRAKATAU POSCO adalah Perusahaan kerjasama antara PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk, Indonesia dan POSCO Korea. Konstruksi pembangunan dimulai pada tahun 2011 dan selesai dalam waktu 36 bulan menjadikan KRAKATAU POSCO sebagai Pabrik Baja Terpadu yang memiliki Teknologi Blast Furnace pertama di Indonesia. Produksi komersial telah dimulai pada awal 2014, siap melayani pasar baja Indonesia dan menjadi perusahaan baja handal dan paling kompetitif di pasar baja regional.

RESOURCES & RECYCLING TEAM
Qualification :
- Bachelor Degree with GPA min. 3.00, majoring in Engineering is preferred
- 2-5 years experience as Quality Control / Business Development / Marketing in Cement Company or Waste Management in Manufacturing Company.
- Target minded, open for any challenges, and able to work under pressure
- Good communication skill and fluency in English is a must
- Able to speak in Korean will be poin plus
- Willing to work in Cilegon
HUMAN RESOURCES PLANNING & SYSTEM TEAM
Qualification :
- Bachelor Degree majoring in Industrial Engineering, Management, or Psychology is preferred
- 2-5 years experiences in Organization Development
- Had exposure in: Organization Development, Compensation, Benefit & Welfare, Man Power
- Planning and Organization Design, Career Path, and People Development
- Good communication skill and fluency in English is a must
- Willing to work in Cilegon
