
PT. Lestari Banten Energi adalah sebuah anak perusahaan yang berada dibawah Genting Group dan bergerak dibidang industri listrik. Perusahaan ini dipercayakan untuk melakukan konstruksi, operasi dan pemeliharaan sebuah pembangkit listrik tenaga uap menggunakan bahan bakar batu bara dengan kapasitas 660 MW (megawatt) di Banten, Indonesia. Pabrik tersebut terdiri dari satu unit pembangkit listrik tenaga uap (generator uap, generator turbin, dan generator gardu listrik) yang terletak di Provinsi Banten. PT. Lestari Banten Energi telah menandatangani kontrak jual beli listrik atau Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) dengan PT. PLN (Persero) pada tanggal 10 Juli 2012 untuk memasok listrik selama 25 tahun. Pabrik tersebut dirancang untuk memberikan kapasitas bersih dengan nominal 625 MW (megawatt) untuk sistem jaringan PT. PLN (Persero) 500kV (kilovolt).
Technician Turbine / Boiler
Qualification:
- Minimum Technical Diploma (D3) holder
- Minimum 3 years experiences in Coal Fire Power plant as Technician handling Boiler / Turbine or 4 years as Mechanical Technician in heavy Industry
- Mechanic Basic skill “alignment, hydraulic and pneumatic process”
Job Responsibilities:
- Performing all preventive, scheduled and corrective Maintenance including troubleshooting on mechanical power plant equipment especially in Boiler or Turbine.
- Maintain and repair of all mechanical parts according to O&M manual, relevant procedures, work instruction and follows all Power Station safety procedures.
- Able to repair mechanical equipment such as pump, gearbox, valve, compressor, blower lobe type and perform shaft alignment with dial or laser equipment methode.
- Understand and able to repair hydraulic and pneumatic components.
- Understand and able to operate rigging and lifting properly for heavy rotors, ducts, casing, etc. with overhead and manual/mobile cranes.
- Understand and able to operate mechanical tools such as cutting torch, grinding, drilling, hacksaw machine.
- Documenting processes and maintaining mechanical service records.
- Good analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
Supervisor Turbine / Boiler
Qualification:
- Minimum Technical Diploma (D3) holder
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in mechanical maintenance in Coal Fire Power plant or heavy industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervising and controlling the Mechanical Maintenance Team and taking part in the plant overhauls and maintenance activities
- Ensuring all works carried out by His Team Member in accordance with O&M manual, relevant procedures, work instruction and follows all Power Station safety procedures.
- Maintaining good teamwork, discipline and time keeping in the Mechanical Maintenance Team.
- Control the maintenance Tech’s and Worker’s and ensure that call out personnel is available.
- Coordinating within and other Departments and Sections to ensure smooth teamwork.
- Ability to review and update maintenance Work Instructions for routine and corrective maintenance. Establishing the procedures for all aspects of Mechanical maintenance.
- Execute delegated tasks from the Superior competently and reliably.
- Summarize the mechanical maintenance activities at the daily report.
- Organizing update of all mechanical plant records. Ensuring feedback of maintenance work is entered into the CMMS.
- Ensure that all activities under his controlled done safely by assessed of the risk and adequate control measure.
Deputy Manager Mechanical
Qualification:
- Minimum Technical Diploma (S1) holder
- Minimum 10 years experiences at mechanical maintenance in Coal Fire Power plant or heavy industry
Job Responsibilities:
- Computer literacy in maintenance management system, office and presentation.
- Develop and lead mechanical maintenance team comprising, engineers, supervisors, Technicians and Helpers to conduct the maintenance of: Boiler, Steam Turbine, Coal and Ash Handling Plant, Water Treatment Plant and Workshop Machines.
- Develop and implement maintenance program; control budget expenditures and monitor the availability of tools, spares, third party contracts, procedures, work instructions, in order to continually maintain plant availability and reliability.
- Identify and propose the development plan for the personnels to fill in any gap between the qualifications and job requirement as well as to improve the knowledge and skills in accordance to the respective tasks and responsibility.
- To monitor the planning and execution of day-to-day preventive maintenance as per the schedule.
- Maintain effective coordination and communication within maintenance team internally and also externally with other departments and third parties.
- To coordinate within the team for the planning and execution of corrective maintenance to respond the defect notifications as earliest as possible based on priority in order to maintain the plant and equipment availability and reliability.
- To update day to day maintenance works progress and any major issue in the daily coordination meetings and provide monthly maintenance report describing major works on critical equipment.
- To plan outage works in advance to prepare the manpower, tools, spares and contract services as required. And monitor closely the works progress to identify any issue which potentially can delay the outage program.
- To plan accurately, execute and monitor OPEX and CAPEX expenditures against the projected budget value.
- To purchase critical spare parts and tools and monitor the availability of minimum quantity in stock enough to maintain the availability of critical equipment and to avoid plant disturbance.
