Sr. Inspection Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and create data base of asset or plant equipment register
- Develop & update Inspection System & Standard including routine and annual inspection plan, RBI, CUI, Data base record system, work assignment and control the implementation
- Develop, review & update inspection procedure and methodology
- Develop and managing equipment tools inspection as requirement
- Concentrate management planning for high risk facilities
- Involve quality control of installation plant process equipment and other facilities to ensure they meet relevant codes and standards
- Testing the performance safely of plant process equipment & facilities to ensure it meet industry standards and Government Regulations
- Conducting inspections of plant processes equipment and facilities to ensure compliance with quality & standards
- Analyzing and interpreting inspection data, action recommendation to ensure equipment reliability
- Writing reports and making recommendations based on inspection findings and control the follow up action
- Provide technical support to the operation and maintenance team related of equipment inspection, inspection analysis, NDE utilization, failure analysis, in order to maintain equipment reliability and safe operations
- Control up-to-date on industry codes, standards, regulations and applying this knowledge to inspection activities
- Ensuring that inspection activities are conducted in a safe and professional manner
Job Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Material, Metallurgical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Has >10 years working experience as Inspection Engineer at Petrochemical/ chemical Industry or refinery
- Proficient knowledge of relevant laws, Government regulation, policies, and procedures
- A strong understanding of Code, Standard, engineering principles and practices, including design, testing, and manufacturing processes
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills and able to interpret technical data, identify potential issues, and make recommendations based on their findings
- Attention to detail and accuracy and precise in their work to identify and address potential issues
- Good communication skills and able to clearly explain their findings and recommendations to clients and other stakeholders
- Has good personality and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Has valid certificate of Inspection related qualification is preferred
- Willing to be placed in Merak Plant (Cilegon)

Sr. OH & Safety Planning Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all activity of OH & Safety Planning Section
- Tasks related to LCI Safety & Health policy and goal establishment
- Creation, review and apply of Safety & Health related work procedure & standard document
- Oversee daily activities of team members to maintain OH & Safety Management System
- Ensure that industrial operations are in compliance with Law & Government Regulation, SMK3 and ISO 45001
- Respond to inquiries and concerns related to OH & Safety Management System
- Responsible for conducting regular risk assessments
- Generate safety & Health reports and maintain permits as per state regulations
- Work with team to develop effective safety strategies to accident prevention
- Review and recommend improvements to existing OH & Safety strategies
- Investigate safety accidents and develop action plans & prevention of recurrence
- Review and application of efficient advanced technologies to safety accident prevention
- Perform OH & Safety research and prepare research reports to management
- Provide job trainings and assistance to team members when needed
- Stay updated with OH & Safety trends and legislations
- Not only the above work, but also the work related to the OH & Safety (working conduct required by the company)
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Safety Engineering or major related to Safety Engineering
- At least 10 Years of experiences in Safety & Health Management in Oil refinery, Petrochemical or Chemical industries
- A genuine interest in and understanding of OH & Safety Government Regulation
- Understand and familiar implementation of OH & Safety Management System (SMK3), PSM, CSMS, Industrial Hygiene, Road safety and ISO 45001
- Excellent communication and influencing skills (Bahasa and English)
- Have good personality and ability to inspire others
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
- Good organization and time management
- Willing to be placed at Merak Plant (Cilegon)
