PT. Sentra Usahatama Jaya (SUJ) didirikan pada tahun 2003 dengan status PMA untuk mengoperasikan kilang gula di Cilegon, Banten, Indonesia. SUJ sendiri dimiliki oleh gabungan beberapa pemegang saham lokal dan internasional yang sudah berkecimpung selama lebih dari 40 tahun dalam dunia perdagangan dan distribusi gula.
Saat ini PT. Sentra Usahatama Jaya sedang mencari kandidat untuk posisi berikut :
NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT (NPD) ENGINEER
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering/ Food Technology
- Min 2 years of experience in Research & Development, Business Development, NPD, or NPI
- Have working experience in food & beverage production industry
- Have experience developing new processes and products including market study concepts
- Understand the trial process planning (formulation, validation, and product stability testing), costing and production processes
- Understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP & 5R systems
- Having good communication skills (both Bahasa & English)
- Max 35 years old
- Willing to go on business trips if needed
- Willing to work at our Factory, Cilegon, Banten
Responsibilities :
- Planning and developing new products
- Support all business units in an effort to increase factory capabilities & capacity
- Perform benchmarks against up-to-date sugar processing technology or best practices
- Coordinate with Marketing, Production, Quality and other related departments for product development
- Coordinate with suppliers for material study, trial and product development
- Make regular monthly reports related to progress and assigned activities
