Clinic Admin
Job Purpose:
To perform clinic administration work within operational scope of health administration within the company organization
Job Descriptions:
- Proceed employee medical reimbursement in accordance with procedure and regulation
- Proceed invoices from medical provider (hospitals, clinic) in accordance with procedure and regulation
- Review employee sick leave in accordance with procedure and regulation
- Manage Inpatient invoices which covered and not covered by 3rd party medical insurance in accordance with procedure and regulation
- Proceed medical excess claim due to over the limitation of employee medical benefit which is not covered by company or insurace, to be followed up in accordance with procedure and regulation
- Coordinate with payroll regarding employee salary deduction due to over the limitation or outside of employee medical benefit in accordance with procedure and regulation
- Issue medical card due to employee HR data movement as per employee medical benefit in accordance with procedure and regulation
- Issue announcement to medical provider regarding limitation of medical service to certain employees with over limit status.
- Coordinate with medical providers and medical insurance to provide best services to employee
- Issue Guarantee Letter to medical providers for employee or family who requires, especially maternity case
- Manage supporting documents for Group Life Insurance submission request
- Provide confirmation to medical providers regarding medical services that is or will received by employee or dependents to be smooth and in the best quality
- Manage clinic admin documents storage both hard file or soft file accordingly with good company standard
- Run the monthly company medical expense reconciliation to be well done, precisely and accordingly with company regulation and standard
- Follow the latest and updated company systems especially digital transformation so the business process run well
- Issue announcement to certain employee regarding limitation of medical service due to over limit status
Job Requirements:
- Associate Degree (Diploma 3) from nursing, medical, or any relevant majors from reputable universities
- Has 1-2 years of similar position from hospital industry or manufacturing company.
- Meticulous / attention to detailed.
- Good communication skill and able to build good relationship with all stakeholders across different departments.
- Proficient in using MS Office applications is required for this position.
- Willing to be located in our plant site, Cilegon – Anyer.
