Accounting Supervisor
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor degree of economics (Accounting, Finance, Banking)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as finance supervisor
- Understanding accounting process & journalized the transaction Preferred :
Intermediate Level) - Good communication skills, able to work in a team or individual
- Detail oriented and well-organized
- Placement in Serang
- Able to join as soon as possible
- Only selected candidates will be contacted (based in Serang)
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for carrying out monthly closings and completing monthly financial reports on time.
- Prepare, present Financial Reports, and supporting reports.
- Examine & verify the completeness of document related to financial transactions
- Reconcile items in the financial statements.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure that financial transaction records are carried out in accordance with applicable accounting principles (PSAK).
- Get involved in the audit process, both internal and external, and ensure the audit process runs smoothly according to the timeline.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of documents for all A/R, A/P, Tax and
- General Ledger transactions.
- Coordinate with other divisions to make general financial planning related to the company’s budget and operational costs.
- Responsible for operations in finance related to bill payments (AP) and collection of receivables (AR)
- Carrying out other finance support tasks to achieve division and company targets
