Outlet Supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) from Food & Beverages major or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant as a senior cook specializing in Asian cuisine
- Have strong mature leadership, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Highly committed, outgoing, energetic and most importantly, positive attitude
- Strong communication skill is a must
- Placement in Serang
- Max 35 Years old
Responsibilities:
- Manage outlet staff including bar and kitchen
- Train and supervise the work of the kitchen personnel
- Track food inventory, create purchase order conduct daily briefings
- Maintain consistency for high standards of food preparation and presentation
- Respect of all property oh the outlet and minimize wastage and breakage of any equipment and supplies
- Create periodic report of the outlet operation and target
