CORPORATE TRAINER

REQUIREMENTS :

Minimum education S1 from all majors.
Have a minimum of 1 year experience as a People Development (Learning Development) Trainer preferably those who have experience with users from the manufacturing Team.
Have knowledge about Development Needs Analysis, Development/Learning program Design, Event Management Training
Fluent in English
Have BNSP Trainer Certificate

Job Description :

Develop programs and curriculum for the employee of the organization for orientation and in-job training (especially Lean Manufacturing)
Analyze the effectiveness of training and workshops to the employees and develop appropriate modification if needed
Collaborate with the company’s management to identify training needs and schedule appropriate training sessions for employees
Develop systems to monitor and ensure employees are performing their responsibilities according to the training
Do training for all levels of employees (Staff/Engineer Managernent level)
Provide support and mentoring for new employees/current employees while conducting an evaluation and identifying sections where improvements are needed

LOGISTICS SPECIALIST

REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelor’s degree and above, Majors in logistics management, logistics engineering, and industrial engineering
Possess more than 2 years of local ogistics management experience in Indonesia
Have strong coordination communication and earning skills.
Be responsible and proactive.
Language requirements Chinese.

Job Description :

Team building: Indonesia logistics management team building.
Supplier management: establish a supplier resource database, formulate logistics supplier management strategies, formulate logistics supplier assessment mechanisms, contract signing and management, insurance coverage, etc.
Safe production: Responsible for the safety of goods in the entire logistics segment, ensuring that the goods are efficiently, safely, and completely delivered to customers.

SENIOR ME ENGINEER

REQUIREMENTS :

Fluent in MANDARIN & English.
aster in with Electrical & mechanical design & principles and mechatronics knowledge.
Strong logical thinking, good
communication skill high problem-solving skill work under pressure strong leadership skill and dominant personality.

Job Description :

Provide, maintain, and improve efficient and reliable equipment.
Establish Equipment management (TPM, OEE, MTBF, MTTR, Lean, 6s, etc.).
Ensure product quality through equipment and solve equipment problem effectively.
Leading equipment improvement project or synchronization of HQ factory.

IE ENGINEER (CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT)

REQUIREMENTS :

Fluently in Mandarin and English
Have related work experience in Industrial Engineering and Lean.
Manufacturing System around 2-3 years priority
Have a good communication skill, Trainer certification (optional).
Can operate Solidworks, 3D simulation AutoCAD

Job Description :

Responsible for controlling business performance (manufacturing cost & factory KPI).
Data analyst and able to lead Lean Improvement Project.
Conducting lean learning and development training (as a trainer).

PRODUCTION CONTROL & MATERIAL CONTROL

REQUIREMENTS :

Pereferably living in JABODETABEK
Speak English fluently is a must Mandarin (will be prioritized)
Bachelors degree in related position year experience in PPIC/related field is a plus
Familiar with PP c. great analyze calculate and prediction
Have strong motivation
