Maintenance
Responsibilities:
- Perform machine and utility maintenance according to schedule
- Monitoring spare parts to ensure preventive maintenance can run according to schedule
- Check the electrical panel regularly
- Check grounding and lightning rods according to standards
- Troubleshooting and repair of damage to machines and supporting tools
- Complete engineering job orders on time
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure work is according to plan
- Production support in the manufacture of tolls/jigs to assist the production process
- Make daily reports, monthly preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance achievement reports
- Maintain all ISO and run 5S in the maintenance work area
- Support and maintain implementation ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 related respective working area
- Compliance with quality standards and health, safety and environmental regulations
Qualifications:
- Experience : 2+ Years in Maintenance
- Proven experience as Maintenance operator, minimum 2 years of professional experience at this level with successful track record in related industry.
- Knowledge and experience Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools
- Understanding of paint processes, quality, safety, and environmental manajemen system.
- Have experience in Building material or paint industrial is a advantage
- Great eye for detail
