E-COMMERCE ADMINISTRATOR
Job Description :
- Create, manage and update e-commerce platform
- Handling external or internal communication
- Execute day to day administrative function
- Monitor stock levels in the business to keep the website updated at all times
- Provide customer support and maintain positive customer feedback
Requirements and Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree in related field
- 18 27 years old
- At least 2 years work Experience in related field is required
- Honest, good attitude, strong initiative and willing to learn
- Required skill : critical thinking, communication, administration, good in numbers. Photoshop and info graphic skills will be an advantage
- Strong attention to details and disciplined to ensure all work loaded on the website is 100% accurate all the time
- Proficient in MS Excel & others MS Office apps
