BATCHING OPERATOR
Job responsibilities :
- Able to start and stop Batching process system with 60 days of assignment to area.
- Able to perform all testing and sampling in Batching area and complete condition record or quality record sheets accurately.
- Able to clean & assemble machine and equipment.
- Able to safely operate all equipment and systems.
- Able to identify quality issues and make parameter adjustments to correct these.
- Cooperate with extruder to fix/solve for product quality issue together
- Demonstrates consistent application of product knowledge in solving quality issues.
- Takes ownership for area in terms of safety and housekeeping and problem escalation
- Maintain a safe and dlean work environment to promote safety and product integrity.
- Responsible for area GMP, Food Sanitary and hygiene and Ss.
- Able to accurately troubleshoot mechanical and controls system issues
- Ability to actively address food safety and quality concerns.
- Coordinate with QA QC team to ensure product performance (nutrition) meet specification.
- Able to help maintenance/tech services find long-term solutions to problems in area.
- Perform all of the following duties in the batching area of the plant. This includes. operating all systems, performing all quality checks, maintaining reports and system logs, and troubleshooting all aspects of each system.
- Troubleshoot processing systems that are not performing properly and take corrective action to ensure product quality while minimizing unnecessary downtime.
- Able to work with engineering and maintemance to make upgrades to area systems
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Have a diploma or bachelor degree for Mechanical or equivalent education.
- At least 2 years working experience in food manufacturing for machine operating.
- 22 years of age or older
- Good reading and writing skills. (English communication preferable.)
- High level of mechanical aptitude and knowledge with good skills in troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Excellent housekeeping skills and knowledge of Hygiene and sanitation.
- Good knowledge of personal computers.
- Ability to lift 50 Ibs.
- Ability to work 8-12 hour shifts under variable conditions such as heat, cold, high and /or confined spaces and have full mobility with ability to climb ladders and stairs and do repetitive bending and twisting. Must be able to cover peers on off-shifts.

QC MANAGER
Position Summary :
- QC Manager is accountable for overall QC activities within the company
The work scopes of QC Manager include :
- Create, assure compliancy, review, and continously improve the sampling plan at entrance control, in process, finish good and hygiene monitoring
- Being accountable for the quality control and hygiene data reliability by make sure the measurement systems analysis are managed properly
- Become the gate keeper of all NC Products in each step of manufacturing process Quality control and hygiene data evaluation for continous improvement activities at the supplier, production process and finish goods
- Supporting trials, investigations, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities at the company
- Supporting the implementation of FSQH Management Systems in the plant
- Creating talent pipe line in organizations
The position will report directly to Quality Management System Manager
Requirements :
- Min Bachelor Degree in Science or Technology
- Has experience become QA/QC Manager in FMCG or feed industries for min 2 years
- Has deep understanding and hands on of ISO 17025 IS09001, FSSC22000, And HAS 23000
- Experience in using of lean manufacturing or six sigma for running the defect reduction and continuous improvement activities
- Strong leadership and communication skill
- Attention to detail
- Show strong learning agility for further development
- Willing to be Placed in Cikande, Serang – Banten

PACKING OPERATOR
Job responsibilities :
- Operate machine equipment and maintain cleanlines of line area
- Make-certain that each packaging machine is in good condition and work in accordance to standard of company
- Test and evaluate products and verify product weight to conform the quality standards
- Improve performance machine and reduce waste of packaging and product
- Setting machine before running packing process and make sure equipment match with the product that will pack / produce
- Maintain the cleanliness 5S of the line & all machine equipment and also implement GMP program
- Maintain sub-worker to packing work is completed properly and in accordance with the target
Requirement :
- Maximum 35 years old
- Bachelor degree from industrial engineering, electrical or instrument engineering
- Computer Literate : Word, Excel, Power Point, etc
- Familiar with 5S & GMP implementation
- Familiar with electrical diagram
- English skill (oral & written)
