Sales & Marketing Staff
Responsibilities:
- Execute sales and marketing activities effectively to achieve company strategies.
- Assist in creating sales and marketing materials while managing digital channels (e.g., social media, website).
- Identify new opportunities and engage with potential clients.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred) or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience as a Sales Executive will be an advantage.
- Strong interest in sales and marketing with a basic understanding of sales principles.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with digital platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Quick learner who is honest, hardworking, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
- Must own a vehicle (motorcycle).
- Willing to be placed in Cilegon, Banten.
