Mitsubishi Chemical Indonesia, yang berlokasi di Kota Cilegon, Provinsi Banten, Indonesia, memproduksi resin Purified Terephthalic Acid (PTA) dan Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) di bawah lisensi Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation. Saat ini Mitsubishi Chemical Indonesia adalah produsen PTA terbesar di Indonesia. Mitsubishi Chemical Indonesia didirikan sebagai perusahaan multinasional pada tahun 1991 dan memiliki 3 pabrik yang dibangun di atas lahan seluas 23 hektar. Dalam bisnis PTA, operasi komersial PTA no. 1 Plant dimulai pada tahun 1991 dengan kapasitas awal 250,00 MT per tahun dan kemudian diikuti oleh operasi komersial PTA no. 2 Pabrik dengan kapasitas awal yang sama pada tahun 1996.

Sementara dalam bisnis PET, operasi komersial PET Plan dimulai pada tahun 1995 dengan kapasitas awal 52.000 MT per tahun. Setelah proyek optimasi proses, efektif sejak 2005, kapasitas pabrik telah ditingkatkan menjadi 700.000 MT per tahun untuk PTA dan 58.000 MT per tahun untuk PET. Total investasi mencapai USD 610 Juta dengan Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation sebagai pemegang saham mayoritas tunggal.

PT. Mitsubishi Chemical Indonesia sedang membutuhkan kandidat untuk posisi berikut:

Administration (HR & GA) Assistant Section Manager

1. HR Business Operation:

  • Able to analyze employee’s yearly appraisal to define organization development needs.
  • Develop, implement, and review Human Resources policies and procedures to ensure alignment with company goals and compliance with legal requirement.
  • Support leadership in creating and maintaining a positive organizational culture, emphasizing employee engagement and retention.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on Human Resources related issues such as career development, conflict resolution, and performance improvement.
  • Familiar with competency-based human resource management.

2. Compensation & Benefit:

  • Monitor monthly payroll process.
  • Review compensation and benefit (medical insurance, BPJS, company doctor and other related matters) policies.
  • Understand tax matters related to income (including expat).
  • Control budget and optimize cost (have cost reduction project will be a plus).

3. Industrial Relations:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with labor unions, employee representatives, and regulatory bodies to promote a harmonious workplace.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate industrial disputes and foster constructive dialogue between management and employees.
  • Represent the organization in labor tribunal hearings, mediation, and other legal proceedings related to industrial relations.
  • Stay updated on labor laws, industry standards, and government regulations, ensuring the organization remains compliant.
  • Provide training and guidance to management and supervisors on industrial relations practices and conflict resolution techniques.

4. General Affairs:

  • Support and manage proper processing of permits and other compliance related to General Affairs matters.
  • Manage and control company facilities (canteen, operational cars, taxi, company bus, office supplies, uniforms and other related matters) in both factory and head office.
  • Monitor building and facility maintenance.
  • Budget control: yearly budgeting and monthly reporting (actual vs budget).
  • Manage asset management, in coordination with Finance.
  • Manage and control vendor activities (security, cleaning service and other related matters), including contract/agreement, evaluation, compliance, safety, and other matters.
  • Manage and supervise industrial waste processes to ensure proper waste management and disposal.
  • Supervise visa matters and work permit processes for foreign national employees, other immigration administration, in coordination with agencies.
  • Handle guest-related matters (visa, accommodation, itinerary, transport and other related matters).
  • Review procedures and socialize with employees.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data processing, reporting, and presentation needs.

5. Corporate Social Responsibilities & Public Relations

  • Conduct community development program.
  • Conduct corporate social responsibility referring to the roadmap.
  • Public relations: press relations, product publicity, corporate communication, public affairs, lobbying, community relations and crisis management.
  • Maintain good relationship with external stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

1. Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in management or industrial engineering.
  • Preferably from Japanese Manufacturing Company.

2. Technical Skills:

  • Microsoft Office (need to master excel for manual budget control and report).
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
