Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Recruiter of at least 1-2 year
- Familiar with HR portal systems (HRIS, SAP)
- Familiar with Manpower Management
- Familiar with Microsoft Operations System (Ms. Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Have good teamwork and communication skills
- Preferably have an HR certificate from BNSP
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English

Employee Assistant (EA) & Culture
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in law, Management, Psychology or equivalent
- Proven experience in HR/manufacturing of at least 1-2 year
- Have knowledge of Industrial Relations, Labor Law, and Employee Assistance
- Understand Labor laws very well
- Has experience as an internal audit
- Have good negotiation and communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Familiar with Microsoft Operations System (Ms. Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Willing to work in Kab. Legok, Tangerang

Procurement Staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or equivalent
